One of the easiest and most fun ways to earn more money in Grand Theft Auto 5 is by stealing and selling off cars. It won’t make you a millionaire but it’s definitely among the simplest methods that can net you $3,000 to $10,000 each. Below we’ve listed the cars that are most valuable and worth stealing.
Remember, you can sell off stolen cars to Los Santos Customs. Their garages are found at Burton, Grand Senora Desert, the International Airport, and La Mesa. These shops are where you can customize cars with mods. They also operate as the old Pay ‘n Spray shops did in previous games. And, of course, they serve as a buyer of stolen vehicles.

NOTE: In order to get the values listed above these cars must be in pristine condition when you take them to Los Santos Customs to sell them. If you do bring in damaged vehicles you’ll get far less money for them depending on how badly beat up they are.
It’s also worth noting that a lot of car types look pretty similar in Grand Theft Auto V which, when you’re a beginner, will make it slightly difficult to pick out exact models. But don’t worry about that too much. As you play the game more you’ll learn how to spot the differences fairly easily.
It’s also possible to figure out a few of the models just based on their visual similarities with real cars. For example, the Dominator looks a lot like the newer version of the Ford Mustang. The Buffalo is very similar in appearance to the Dodge Charger. And so on. Keep these details in mind when trying to spot specific vehicle types.
And, again, stealing and fencing cars will not make you insanely rich in GTA 5 but it can provide a nice, easy income that you can generate pretty quickly. If you’re able to snatch the higher end models often you can create a pretty steady cashflow for yourself.
